Sacramento Kings defeat the Los Angeles Lakers 100-91 to drop the Lakers record to 0-2 start
Monday Night the Sacramento Kings defeated the Los Angeles 100-91 to drop the Los Angeles Lakers to an 0-2 start. Marcus Thornton led the way for the Kings with 27 points on 9 of 13 shooting. Tyreke Evans scored 20 points. John Salmons scored 13 points and DeMarcus Cousins added a double double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. For the Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant led the Lakers in scoring with 29 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds. Metta World Peace who you may remember as Ron Artest scored 19 points off the bench. Pau Gasol added 15 points and 9 rebounds. Congratulations to the Sacramento Kings on a well played game. For the Los Angeles Lakers you must defeat the Utah Jazz tuesday night if you dont want to start off 0-3. Thank you for reading my NBA Blog.

Carmelo Anthony's 37 points helps New York beat Boston 106-104
Carmelo Anthony to me is one of the most clutch players in the NBA. Well he proved it Sunday afternoon by helping the New York Knicks barely beat the Boston Celtics 106-104. Melo scored 37 points on 10 of 17 shooting. Carmelo Anthony also pulled down 8 rebounds. Amare Stoudemire added 21 points. Toney Douglas scored 19 points and Rookie Iman Shumpert added 11. For the Boston Celtics Rajon Rondo came up huge with a double double. Rondo scored 31 points and had 13 assists. Ray Allen scored 20 points. Newcomer Brandon Bass added 20 points off the bench. Kevin Garnett added 15 points and 8 rebounds. Congratulations to the New York Knicks for there win against the Boston Celtics. Thank you for reading my NBA Blog.
Los Angeles Clippers start out having fun against the Golden State Warriors
The Los Angeles Clippers to me are an amazing up and coming team. Blake Griffin led the way by scoring 22 points to help the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Golden State Warriors 105-86. Newcomers Chauncey Billups and Chris Paul also helped the Clippers to victory. Billups scored 21 points and Chris Paul added 20 points along with 9 assists. Free agent Caron Butler added 11 points. DeAndre Jordan while only scored 6 points he had 8 blocks. For the Golden State Warriors David Lee led the Warriors in scoringi by scoring 21 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Monta Ellis added 15 points and 8 assists. Brandon Rush added 12 points off the bench. Congratulations to the Los Angeles Clippers for a great opening win. I feel the Clippers will have a great season for the talent they have.
